If  you are unhappy with your item for any reason we are more happy to refund the full purchase price, MINUS SHIPPING (as long as the item is unworn and in new condition and returned within 30 days). If shipping is included in "purchase price" ie. Free Shipping, we reserve the right to deduct $5.00AUD shipping cost (Australia Only). (Return shipping is additionally at your own cost).

Contact us within 14 days of delivery date. Please return the item well packaged so it arrives back safely. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED DAMAGED, WORN OR IN OTHERWISE ALTERED CONDITION.

Bohemian Princess follows regulations and states the true retail price on all Customs forms as required by law. Buyer is responsible for inquiring with their government if duty will be added in the destination country. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs when items are returned to us as 'undeliverable' due to unpaid duties by buyer. There are no refunds for shipping costs. If item is to be internationally shipped for a second time, shipping costs will be paid by buyer.
