RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it for a refund. Please contact us within 14 days to organise this.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are happy to refund the full purchase price, (MINUS SHIPPING) . If shipping is included in "purchase price" ie. Free Shipping, we reserve the right to deduct $5.00AUD shipping cost (Australia Only) $12.50AUD (USA/Canada/Asia) Or $17.50AUD UK (Return shipping is additionally at your own cost). 

If the item is found to be faulty, you will not be required to pay the additional shipping cost.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bohemian-princess.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to return the item back to us via a "tracked" shipping method within the 30 day time period. If you return an item without first requesting to do so, the return will not be accepted.

Please ensure you include 1. Your Full Name 2. Your order number 3. Your reason for returning goods 4. Whether you require a refund or exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as "earrings"  due to hygiene reasons. All Earring Sales are final.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return is accepted, inform us of the new item you wish to exchange for. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
